Seasonal Fairs

KIN and Dublin South City Partnership joined Dublin City Culture Company in organising seasonal Fairs – Upcycle (Summer), Harvest, Christmas and Imbolg (Spring) – at Richmond Barracks. On average over 3000 people have attended each Fair.
This first cycle is a pilot phase, aimed at showcasing work by makers, entrepreneurs and small businesses, craftspeople, designers, and social enterprises from our local neighbourhoods.
The Inchicore library – temporarily located at Richmond Barracks – offers a special selection of books related to the theme of each event. Refreshments and food are available to purchase in the landscaped garden area. A review is planned to learn from the pilot phase and prepare for future markets.
