Update An Droichead Órga (Goldenbridge)

Planning Permission has been granted for this development that will include 578 no. apartments,
consisting of 110 no. studio apartments, 172 no. one-bedroom apartments, 250 no. two-bedroom
apartments (including 10 no. duplex apartments) and 46 no. three-bedroom apartments with all units
featuring balconies or terraces. The development will also include a Library/Community Hub, a
Creche, a Supermarket, five Retail units, two Café units, and a Public Plaza fronting onto Emmet Road.
Hegarty Demolition has been appointed to carry out the Enabling Works Phase of the project. Their
site set up is scheduled to begin Monday, 14th April 2025, with an expected completion date for our
works in September 2025 .
The initial two months of works will include the following activities:
– Site set up and disconnection of utility services such as water, gas, electricity and drainage.
– Installation of hoarding around the site perimeter
– Laying new surface water drainage lines along Patriot’s Path and St Vincents Road West.
– Setting up localised Traffic Management Systems alongside both sets of drainage works.
