The Camac River flows through Inchicore and Kilmainham, entering the Liffey at Heuston Station. The Camac flood alleviation project, currently at stage 1 in development and design, will enhance flood defences to EU directive standards. Over the last 4 years a Bird Survey has been carried out as part of this project by EricDempsey, and results of the survey are available from www.camacfas.ie
